Holiday Greetings All!
I know many of you know my story…given that, I want to share with you one of the many lessons that I have learned from the experience. It is that I had to STOP my busyness, get quiet, start listening and create some groundedness in my life. My frantic way of living (previous to my brain event), my need to fill my schedule, my tendency to way overcommit my time and myself, my drive to try to fill some emptiness that I was feeling and many more things all drove me to a frenetic lifestyle that eventually led to my near death and now, a precious second chance at life. One of my passions is to help others who are suffering from this “over-anythinging” syndrome and help guide them to a more balanced, healthy and meaningful life. I am the first to admit that I am now a recovering “over-anythinger” and I always will be.
Do you feel too busy EVERY DAY and are you wondering how you are going to fit it all in?
Do you take more time to recharge your cell phone than you do to recharge yourself??
Do you fantasize about escaping somewhere tropical where you can just have a little time to yourself?
If you answered YES to any of the 3 questions above, it is possible that you are also an “over-anythinger”. (I know that’s not a real word but I made it up because it describes what I suffered from.) If so, you can take the first step to changing your chaotic state by sharing your reason for why you do this to yourself. If you post a comment below AND email me your post at dhillcoaching@gmail.com by 5pm Monday, December 1st, you will be in the running for a free 1 hour discovery session (a $125 value) with me to help you uncover how you have been getting in your own way of creating more balance and peace in your life. I will email you by 9am Tuesday, December 2nd if you have gotten one of the 2 spots I have opened up for a free Discovery Session. Also, be on the lookout for a post about my upcoming workshop!
Wishing you all peace, love and balance in your life,
Dianne
